He then proceeds to ask me to uninstall the driver in device manager □Īfter almost an hour of this painful experience, he finally tells me it will be 2-4 weeks until they can send me a new usb receiver due to it being out of stock. Which it isnt, so it doesnt show up in device manager. I told him the device doesnt exist in device manager unless the usb receiver is working. after I explained everything to the guy he asked me questions of which I already answered before he asked, then asked me to do troubleshooting which made no sense based on the symptoms I gave him, or were already steps that I explicitly laid out to him that I had already done. Logitech frequently updates the drivers related to their Pro series. I created a ticket today with logitech support which was less than ideal. Method 1: Download and reinstall the Logitech G Pro driver from the official website. That one works just fine on this PC and USB port, so I know its not my PC. Driver does not show up in device manager. Uninstall the current Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) from the PC. GHUB just says "connect your logitech gear". It usually has a green light on it and now it shows no lights. One day this weekend the usb receiver just stopped working. Have head this headset for about a year now with zero issues.
